100 Word Challenge Week #13





A Sunday morning I woke up early to get ready for my running club event. I went down stairs then I heard  a door bell it was my my friends Kate and Emily there also competing. When we got  there, there were tons of people I felt nervous . The races began and I was next , I was behind the red line and then the man blew the whistle I ran as fast as I can and I reached the golden ribbon and i got my trophy. I wasn't tired at all, but they were exhausted so i went up to them and said do you want some ice cream.

    I liked how you wrote about a running event, I think it's a cool idea. I also liked how you included other people in your story. Make sure you capitalize "I."
